4.2 Operator’s Authority:

The Operator may remove, restrict, or block any content or link suspected of violating the Terms at any time without notice.

4.3 External Links:

The Site may include links to third-party websites. The Operator is not responsible for their content, security, privacy policy, or availability. Use of them is at the user’s sole risk.

5.1 Data Collection:

The Site may collect statistical and aggregated usage data (such as usage and clicks) that do not personally identify users, for the purpose of improving the service.

5.2 Use of Personal Information:

These Terms and any dispute related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district.
